At Tellowin, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted, custom-designed dress shoes. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth, transparent, and secure return or exchange process.
1) Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All accessories, tags, and packaging must be included.
Custom-designed or personalized shoes, Final Sale items, and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
2) Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

3) How to Request a Return or Exchange
To begin the process:
Email us at support@tellowin.com with:
Your order number
A brief explanation
Proof of purchase
We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization with detailed instructions.
Repack the item safely in its original packaging (including receipt or order slip).
Include the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form provided by our team.
Ship the package to the return address supplied by our support team.
Important: Unauthorized returns may be refused.
