At Tellowin, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted, custom-designed dress shoes. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth, transparent, and secure return or exchange process.


1) Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All accessories, tags, and packaging must be included.

  • Custom-designed or personalized shoes, Final Sale items, and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.


2) Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

3) How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin the process:

  1. Email us at support@tellowin.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief explanation

    • Proof of purchase

  2. We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization with detailed instructions.

  3. Repack the item safely in its original packaging (including receipt or order slip).

  4. Include the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form provided by our team.

  5. Ship the package to the return address supplied by our support team.
    Important: Unauthorized returns may be refused.
